@octopusinc - I get the dropbox ref. it's a box...one stores things in boxes. However, in my opinion the concept clearly stands alone. Someone actually brought the comparison to my attention months ago on Flickr, but again I'll maintain that this mark's strengths outweight the comparison (regardless of whether it's extremely sale-able or not). Also given that the mark's be hypothetically positioned for uses other than 'cloud based storage' as you've mentioned, I'm really not too worried about it... Thanks for the comment all the same.
